Invision Group, a leading regional construction company based in Bournemouth, seeks a talented Freelance Estimating Expert to join our team. You will play a critical role in managing the design and construction processes, delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across various sectors. Our company is renowned for completing projects on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard, leveraging a variety of procurement methods.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Freelance Estimating Expert, your primary duties will include:
* Reviewing and analysing tender documents, employer's requirements, and project specifications to identify key implications.
* Creating detailed and comprehensive tender submissions, including Bills of Quantities and pricing schedules.
* Conducting accurate take-offs from drawings and specifications to inform cost analysis and estimates.
* Presenting tender submissions to senior management and contributing to decision-making meetings.
* Building relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
* Integrating tender returns into final submissions and handover packs.

Benefits and Salary:
This role offers a competitive salary range, estimated at £80,000-£100,000 per annum, plus benefits including a car or car allowance and contributory pension scheme.
