Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies that drive financial performance and growth.
- Apply Agile principles and methodologies to drive business improvement and operational excellence.
- Maximise value and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and hub.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including SMEs, Scrum Masters, and Programme managers.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to the development team to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Identify and remove impediments to delivery, applying business knowledge and expertise to drive results.
- Liaise with stakeholders and third-parties to generate and implement ideas, taking a decisive and experimental approach to deliver desired outcomes.
- Prioritise tasks and deliveries to maximise value and drive business growth.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information and produce clear, concise reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
- Embracing and managing change, with a positive approach to problem-solving and a solution-focused mentality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong relationship building and senior stakeholder management ability.
- Self-awareness and confidence to challenge business requirements and deliver difficult messages.
