Join our nursery team as a seasoned leader
Toad Hall Nursery Group is expanding and we are seeking a dedicated Nursery Team Leader to join our team at our Farnborough nursery.
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery. You will be involved in the recruitment of staff, including shortlisting, interviewing, and observing safer recruitment practices.

Key responsibilities:
- Working together with the team to provide high-quality care for children aged 0-5.
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery by adhering to policies and procedures.
- Using your knowledge and experience to come up with new ideas and activities.
- Building relationships with children and communicating well with their parents.
- Making sure every working day is fun
Requirements:
- Suitable qualifications: an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, and the ability to refer to the EYFS Framework when planning activities.
- To be aware of the role of planning, observation, and keeping records when caring for nursery-aged children.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and meeting their needs.
- A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
