Key Responsibilities- Provide highways, drainage, and development infrastructure advice to private sector clients and support key local authority clients.
- Lead and coordinate detailed design and implement projects during the construction phase.
- Manage project resources, delegate tasks, and mentor junior staff.
- Support the wider team's financial and commercial management through robust project delivery.
- Liaise with highways, water, statutory, and local authorities to negotiate outline and technical approvals.
- Relevant qualifications (Bachelor or Masters) in Civil Engineering.
- Chartered status with at least 8 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of legal processes, planning, design, design software, technical consents process, adoption, and contract procedures for drainage schemes.
- Experience in technical report writing and knowledge of relevant design codes.
