Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Partnership Tax Senior Manager or Manager to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for providing tax services to our business owners, including preparing partner tax returns, computation of LLP tax return, and offering tax advice and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review partnership tax returns, ensuring compliance with UK tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax computations, reserves, and payment schedules, including amendments to estimated prior year returns where required.
- Build strong relationships with partners, providing tax planning and consulting services as required.
- Advise on the tax implications of business decisions and provide advice and support on the tax implications of leaving and joining the LLP.
- Identify and manage tax risks, ensuring that the firm and its partners are fully aware of their tax obligations and the potential risks associated with non-compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within an LLP or a professional services firm.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations, particularly those relating to LLPs.
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent) is required.
