Are you an experienced accounts administrator looking to work part-time? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join our busy team at Agency in Ilford, Greater London.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Ledger Assistant to support the finance department with administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and printing. You will also be responsible for raising sales invoices, reconciling the sales ledger, and maintaining accurate customer records.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's accounting experience and excellent administrative skills. You will be working Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 16:30, with the possibility of increasing hours to 8:30 to 17:30 at a later stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising sales invoices for external and internal customers
  • Reconciling the sales ledger
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records
  • Supporting the preparation of financial accounts and month-end duties

What We Offer:

£27,000 - £28,000 per annum + pro rata, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
