About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Demolition Contracts Manager to join our team on a project in Hounslow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and deliver demolition works from start to completion, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting budgets.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for compliance, including regular progress reports, and submit them as required.
  • Ensure project timelines and budgets are met by resolving any issues promptly and effectively managing resources.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and briefings to communicate project updates and safety protocols, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of resource usage and inventory levels, ensuring efficient project execution.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing large-scale demolition projects, with a strong track record of success.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential, demonstrating expertise in demolition management.
  • Strong knowledge of demolition health and safety regulations and best practices is required, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
Qualifications and Certifications
  • NVQ Level 6/7 in Construction Management or Demolition Equivalent is desired, indicating a high level of expertise in construction management.
  • SMSTS certification is necessary, demonstrating a commitment to health and safety standards.
  • A Black CSCS Card/CCDO Card is also required, verifying competence and qualifications in demolition work.

A strong understanding of construction processes and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential qualities for this role.
