Job Opportunity: Sales Executive/Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Executive/Account Manager to join our team at Marstep Resourcing Solutions. As a Sales Executive/Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet set KPI and result-focused targets by outbound sales calling and occasionally emailing companies offering products and services that they may require
  • Maintain relationships by dealing directly with clients daily
  • Account management, including but not limited to, processing results, booking in meetings, arranging site visits, calendar management

Requirements:

  • Confident and well-organized individual with a can-do attitude
  • Experience using computers, including Microsoft Excel
  • Telesales experience or equivalent customer service experience in a customer-oriented industry of any type
  • Strong ability to overcome objections
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to manage your own workload

  • £23,000 p/a + Commission Bonus OTE IRO up to £28,000
  • Commission Bonus based on quarterly performance (Up to £1200 per quarter)
