A leading construction consultancy is seeking an experienced CDM Principal Designer to join their team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated CDM Consultant or Principal Designer to take on new challenges and elevate their career.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement effective construction management strategies to meet client needs.
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (preferable), Degree in Architecture or Engineering (preferable)
- Experience: at least 4 years of experience in CDM roles.
- Competitive salary: up to £62,500 per annum
