About the Job:

We are recruiting for a dedicated and detail-oriented Access Control Officer to join our team at Star Protection Services. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the safety and security of our venue and its patrons, while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Control access to the venue, verifying the identity of individuals attempting to enter and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and alarms, responding promptly to any security breaches or incidents.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed, providing support and assistance during emergency situations.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in security and door work, with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and procedures, including crisis management and emergency response plans.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.

Salary Range: $52,000 - $72,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
