About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager to lead our stockroom operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our stockroom processes, driving high standards of stockroom and stock processing, and inspiring your team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team to deliver exceptional stock processing and stockroom organisation in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach to all operational activities, working alongside the team and supporting the sales floors and store management team as needed.
  • Create a positive and motivating team culture, where supporting and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of stockroom processes, identifying and solving problems to drive the highest stockroom and stock processing standards.
  • Strive to ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to our customers as soon as possible.
