Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience in advanced practice in one or more relevant areas and be able to deal with complex clinical issues. They will also possess supervisory management skills and be able to communicate highly complex information to senior staff both within and outside pharmacy and patients.

Key responsibilities include ensuring an efficient high quality technical and clinical pharmacy service meets the needs of the patients and healthcare professionals within the Trust, clinically screening prescriptions for chemotherapy and biological medicines, and providing specialist clinical advice to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
