Are you an experienced Senior Inductor Product Development Engineer looking for a new challenge?

Our client, a leading organization in the UK, is seeking a skilled individual to lead their new inductors division in Norwich.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Driving the full lifecycle of inductor product development, including design, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Designing high-performance inductors for various applications, ensuring durability and reliability to meet rigorous standards.
  • Collaborating with manufacturing teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless translation of design concepts into exceptional products.
  • Using simulation tools to analyze electromagnetic performance and bridge virtual models with real-world results.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in inductor design, with deep knowledge of electromagnetic theory.
  • Proficiency in electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, Maxwell, COMSOL).
  • Experience with advanced magnetic materials and their applications in inductor design.
  • Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving capabilities and the ability to interpret simulation and test results.

**What We Offer:**

  • £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
  • A fantastic bonus scheme, based on both personal and company performance.
