Your Working Day:

  • Participating in all branch processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services.
  • Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and support.
  • Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services, including dispensing medication and providing health advice.
  • Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. You should also have experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
