Care Worker Position

Hatched Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Care Worker to join our team in London. This is a 3-6 month contract.
Job PurposeTo deliver high-quality personal, social and emotional care for clients within a day centre setting.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Be aware of and respond to individual client needs.
- Monitor clients' practical and personal needs, including clothing, hairdressing and health requirements.
- Provide emotional support, assist in times of distress and help maintain good relationships with relatives, friends and other users of the service.
- Organise and lead activity groups for clients focusing on educational, leisure or therapeutic themes.
- Write basic information reports and contribute to maintaining routine administrative systems.
The role requires flexibility and adaptability at all times due to working with individuals with complex needs.
Essential Qualifications/Requirements- A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
- NVQ Level 2 in Care.
- LDAF Induction.
- A minimum of two years' experience working with Learning Disabilities or in older people's services.
The estimated salary for this position is £18/hour, and the working hours are Full Time: Monday to Friday, 36 hours a week.
