Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and drive sales revenue.
  2. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop strategic sales plans and initiatives.
  3. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years' experience in an on-trade sales or account management role, preferably within the Craft beer industry or Brewing industry.
  2. A genuine passion for craft beer and a solid understanding of the brewing process.
  3. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
