About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Operator to join our team at ADM. As a Shift Operator, you will be responsible for processing crude and fully refined oils from delivery to blending and loading for use in the food and feed manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a range of processes including chemical and physical neutralization, interesterification, deodorization, bleaching, and tank farm management.
- Monitor and review plant conditions to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage changes in process conditions and react to optimize the process, minimizing delays and meeting demand.
- Adhere to ADM's health and safety commitment.
- Maintain housekeeping standards across the site.
- Ensure all company documentation is completed accurately and on a timely basis.
Requirements
- GCSE levels A to C or 9 to 4 (or equivalent) including English, Maths, and Science.
- Basic Microsoft packages experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Reliable and performance-oriented.
