The role of a Travel Industry Business Growth Specialist at Cracking Recruitment is to identify and develop new business opportunities within the Travel & Tourism industry in Gloucestershire. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with new clients, promoting the company's excellent branding, and selling their property as a holiday let.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join our team and take advantage of uncapped OTE on average earning circa 45k - 50k per annum. You will be provided with a fully expensed company car, laptop, and phone, plus discounts on some of our travel brands.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with estate agents, cleaning companies, accountants, maintenance contractors, and other suppliers to source new clients and develop business relationships. You will also be responsible for taking professional photographs of properties and assisting in writing strong creative marketing literature.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who has a background in the travel industry or estate agency sales. If you have a proven track record of securing and developing new business sales, we would love to hear from you.
