About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Systems Security Engineering Senior Consultant to join our team at Leonardo Cyber & Security Solutions Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relate - Develop strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Understand - Analyze complex security threats and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Assess - Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities.
  • Treat - Design and implement robust security solutions to protect our customers' digital assets.
  • Assure - Develop and implement security frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative security solutions.
Requirements
  • Degree in an Engineering related discipline, with at least 3+ years of delivery experience.
  • At least 1 Recognised professional certifications in Cyber Security.
  • Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and their needs with empathy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal, with internal and external customers.
  • Candidate must be self-directed, willing to help and mentor junior cyber security consultants/engineers.
  • Conduct cyber risk assessment activities, including threat modelling, vulnerability analysis, and analysis of mitigation solutions.
  • Develop, evaluate, and analyse design constraints, and detailed system and security design as they pertain to the cyber domain.
  • Experience in decomposing Cyber requirements down to the system control level.
  • Coordinate with other product engineers, system architects, and developers to provide oversight in the development of robust solutions.
  • Conduct cybersecurity test and evaluation of hardware and/or software designs to verify and validate compliance with defined specifications and requirements.
  • Participate in Independent Technical Reviews (ITRs).
  • Experienced in MBSE.
  • Support business winning activities by providing inputs to technical responses.
  • UK SC Clearance or the ability to obtain it as well as other more in-depth security clearances.
