Learning Support Assistant | Lambeth

Are you a talented Graduate looking for a challenging and rewarding role in education? We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational Graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant in Lambeth.

About the Job:

This is a full-time Learning Support Assistant role, working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 and group basis. The ideal candidate will motivate, encourage, and assist students with SEN needs, providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with students with SEN needs on a 1:1 and group basis
  • Provide support and assistance to students with SEN needs
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to support students with SEN needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree from a UK University
  • The ability to form good working relationships with students, parents/carers, and colleagues
  • An ability to be a good role model for students and colleagues
  • Some previous child-centered work experience
