Removals Sales and Marketing Executive

Red Recruit is currently looking for a highly motivated Removals Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing opportunities with prospects and customers, for the sales team to quote on existing services and new services as they are launched. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively contact all allocated sales leads within the timelines set
  • Respond professionally to incoming enquiries (from Live Chat / Web or phone)
  • Input all activities including calls/appointments and tasks into the company's CRM system
  • Clarify the customers buying criteria and requirements
  • Where appropriate, price bounce to gauge customer reaction and estimated budget
  • Introduce affiliate services where appropriate.
  • Where requested to do so, follow up all enquiries to conclusion and maintain records in the company's CRM system.
  • Assist in general administrative duties when required
  • To accompany consultants and attend events when appropriate

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We're looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a passion for business development.
