We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Therapy Lecturer to join our team. As a key member of our Beauty Therapy delivery team, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering high-quality education and training programs in Beauty Therapy.

As a Beauty Therapy Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering Beauty Therapy level 1 to level 3 courses, as well as evening and weekend courses. You will also be involved in competition work and school links. Your role will involve planning, delivering, and marking courses, as well as internal quality checking across all levels of Beauty Therapy.

You will work closely with other teaching staff to develop and share good practice in the area, and may be required to participate in cross-college teams or working groups on key projects. You will also be responsible for developing creative resources to inspire outstanding learning and monitoring and tracking learner progress to promote positive outcomes for learners.

• Deliver high-quality education and training programs in Beauty Therapy

• GCSE grade 1-4 (or equivalent) qualification in English or above
• Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Degree qualification in a related subject (ideally)
• Qualified in nail technology
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
