Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled DBS Manager to join our team at EG Group. As a DBS Manager, you will be responsible for leading our store team and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising and stock management
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and cash handling
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with other store managers and the wider EG Group team to achieve business objectives
