About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership, a leading Global Financial Services firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the UK and international payrolls, ensuring all relevant deadlines are met and payments are reconciled and made on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise and process employee salaries and wages.
- Manage employee records, benefits, and pensions.
- Liaise with external providers and manage relationships.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
Requirements: For this role, you will need UK in-house payroll experience, ideally within a financial services environment. International payroll experience is highly desirable, particularly in French payroll. Familiarity with ADP iHCM and Workday systems would be beneficial.
Working Arrangements: Our office is based in Central London, with flexible working arrangements allowing you to work from home three days a week.
