We are seeking an Executive Innkeeper to lead our award-winning pub, The Boot & Shoe, located in Lancaster. As the head of this vibrant community hub, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit while maintaining strong relationships with our local community.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, have a proven track record of delivering high-quality service, and be able to motivate their team to achieve outstanding results. You will also be accountable for managing all aspects of the business, from staff supervision to inventory management.

About the position:
- Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Annual Leave: Up to 33 days
