We are seeking a skilled Renal Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a Renal Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
About the RoleThis is a flexible, zero-hour contract that allows you to work autonomously, assessing care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans for dialysis patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess care needs and develop individualized care plans for dialysis patients
- Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes
