About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Vehicular Incident Response Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our claims team, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers and other affected parties in the event of a non-fault accident.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with customers, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Communicating with customers to gather information and provide updates on claim status
  2. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective claim resolution
  3. Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, law)
  • At least 2 years of experience in claims handling or a related field
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

Compensation and Benefits
