Extrastaff is a family-owned business offering a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. We are seeking an Ironworks Technician to join our production team.

In this role, you will be responsible for MIG welding and moving ironworks around the production area. The ideal candidate will have a calm and methodical approach, with practicality and hands-on skills with tools and machinery.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • MIG Welding
  • Moving of ironworks around production area

Person Specification:

  • Self-starter with a calm and methodical approach
  • Practically minded, tidy worker
  • Hands on, skilled using tools and machinery
  • Team orientated and able to work well with others
  • Works safely and follows safe working practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Welding experience, especially MIG
  • Fabrication experience
  • Balance forklift truck license
