Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Manager at Post Office, you will play a significant role in the continual change and development of our field based support function. You will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership to up to 10 Area Managers and 2 Business Support Managers, enabling them to deliver fantastic results and support the roughly 1100 Post Offices in their area.

You will enable your team to build effective commercial relationships, drive sales and deliver excellent customer service all with the aim of supporting our Postmasters in maximising their own business potential. You will have ownership of your region's strategic business plan implementation as well as interface with key business stakeholders and the broader Postmaster teams to deliver the wider business strategy.
