Caregiver Position

About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated support worker to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide high-quality care and support to service users
• To assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• To prepare healthy meals and snacks for service users
• To maintain a safe and clean environment
• To communicate effectively with service users, their families, and other professionals

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working in health and social care, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work flexibly as part of a dynamic team.
