Job Title: Occupational Health and Safety Professional

HUBER Parking UK is a leading contractor for systematized multi-storey car parks, specializing in the design and construction of contemporary parking facilities. With a track record of hundreds of successful projects across Europe and the UK, we are a recognized D&B contractor in the car parking market.

We offer a dynamic role with excellent career opportunities for an Occupational Health and Safety Professional to join our team in the UK. This position requires extensive travel nationwide, but overnight stays are not the norm and will be paid by HUBER Parking UK.

The salary for this position is around £55,000 per annum, taking into account the company's focus on a healthy work-life balance and the willingness to consider personal situations.

About the Role:
  • Carry out Health & Safety Inspections on site and report to the Group Health & Safety Manager and Site Teams
  • Ensure Site compliance with CDM, LOLER, PUWER Regulations, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, ISO45001 etc.
  • Follow up on actions with the Site Teams
  • Review sub-contractor RAMS
  • Assist Site Teams with solutions for site-related H&S problems
  • Monitor site's H&S documentation
  • Carry out accident reports and near-miss analysis with assistance from the Group Health & Safety Manager
  • Assist Health & Safety Manager in introducing new Health & Safety and Environmental initiatives
Your Profile:
  • Effective communication across all levels of expertise
  • 3+ years of relevant construction experience in a H&S role
  • Knowledge in construction and relevant Health & Safety regulations including CDM Regulations, LOLER regulations, PUWER Regulations, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and ISO45001
  • Positive, Self-assured and reliable
  • Productive, flexible and eager to learn
  • Willing to travel nationwide as required
  • Full driving licence
