We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the Laser Department and ensuring the efficient and quality production of work to meet customer specifications and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and control production to maximize profitability and meet customer requirements.
- Implement and maintain a machine maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure maximum machine uptime.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure excellent customer relations and quality standards.
- Coach and train team members to achieve high standards and assist with individual career development.
- Monitor and control waste and overtime to ensure maximum departmental profitability.
- Use OEE, 5S, and Lean Methodologies to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork, including weekly reports, is accurately completed in a timely manner.
- Communicate and act on special requests from other customers.
- React proactively to incidents and liaise with Client Services and Compliance to ensure internal SLAs are met or exceeded.
Good education to GCSE level and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
