Become a key member of our team at Elysium Healthcare as an Occupational Therapy Assistant Professional In this role, you will work alongside experienced Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and other professionals to deliver structured activities and assist in the planning of individual and group therapeutic interventions.

Your primary responsibility will be to build one-to-one relationships with service users, encouraging participation in activities and empowering them to recover from mental illness. You will also contribute to the assessment, monitoring, evaluation, and modification of structured activities to measure progression and ensure effectiveness.

In order to excel in this position, you will need to possess a GCSE/O-Levels (A-C) or a relevant NVQ2 qualification, experience in a similar environment, and excellent communication skills. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant Professional, you will play a vital role in promoting recovery, independence, and community living among our service users.
