About the Role

The BMW Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Motorrad Customer Support Assistant. As a key member of the Customer Support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty for BMW Motorrad customers in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Support team in resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, retailers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer retention programs and initiatives to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Provide analytical support to the team, ensuring accurate reporting and data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, retailers, and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive commercial awareness, Aftersales, and Retailer knowledge is advantageous.
