About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Nurse - Level 3 to join our team at Teach 360. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months - 5 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that support the developmental needs of children in the nursery.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment within the nursery.
  • Observe and assess the progress of each child, maintaining accurate records for the nursery.
  • Work closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
  • Engage with parents and carers to provide regular feedback on their child's progress at the nursery.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the nursery.
  • Promote positive behaviour and social interaction among children in the nursery.
  • Follow the nursery's policies and procedures to ensure the health and safety of all children.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the nursery's mission.
  • Clear DBS on the update service.
