Vestas is seeking an experienced Electrical Tester to join our team in Brighton, CO. As an Electrical Tester, you will be responsible for testing electronic components of Nacelle before final assembly occurs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify adherence to Vestas quality and testing standards before allowing product to proceed to next operation
  • Perform assembly/process work in operation for which he/she is responsible for, as needed
  • Problem-solving by trying to diagnose test failure issues
  • Point of contact within operation for process/product engineering changes
  • Ensure NCR reports are made, as regarding product/assembly not meeting Vestas quality specifications
  • Inspect product to determine compliance with order specifications, company's quality control system for compliance
  • QDA entry; stamp mark of approval or rejection with QDA on product and write report

Requirements:

  • Journeyman or Master Electrical license and 4 years' hands-on experience OR documented electrical education (i.e. Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, Trade school certificate of graduation, Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering) and 4 years' hands-on experience OR documented military-equivalent technical training with electrical system
  • Annual refresher courses in electrical and hydraulic safety training
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing software and Spreadsheet software
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 5:00AM to 3:30PM

Salary Range: $30.00
