Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and promote on-site services, including healthcare, welfare, faith and cultural provisions, education, and recreation activities.
  • Form supportive and appropriate relationships with detainees, ensuring their needs are met throughout their detention.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all detainees.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Good educational level of English and Maths, with report writing and numerical abilities.
  • Reasonable fitness level, with ability to work varied shift patterns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
