At Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, we are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 200-acre studio site, including the management of maintenance tasks, supervision of the facilities team, and coordination of emergency responses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in supervising teams and managing maintenance operations. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing maintenance tasks, as well as monitoring health and safety compliance and ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and safe for use.

As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all facilities-related issues and will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for managing the facilities budget, coordinating with external contractors, and ensuring that all facilities are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
