Agility Resourcing is hiring a Debt Recovery Associate to join their UK-based team. As a key member of the credit team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely payments from business customers.

About the Position

This full-time role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for contacting customers via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding debts.

Liaising with internal teams and external agencies is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify customer creditworthiness
  • Efficiently collect debts from business customers
  • Manage customer credit limits and review accounts
  • Issue monthly statements and follow up on payments
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as needed by the business
Qualifications and Experience
  • AAT or QBE certification
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

The expected salary range for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
