Projected Earnings for Graduates:

  • Year 1: £30,000-£40,000
  • Year 2: £50,000-£60,000

About You:

We are actively seeking motivated and ambitious graduates/trainee recruitment consultants to join our team. If you are:

  • A recent graduate
  • Have a passion for sales and recruitment
  • A proven success in sales or relevant internships
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships and collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Providing updates on candidate progress and offering insights on market trends
  • Identifying and sourcing top candidates through various platforms and techniques
  • Staying updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights
  • Offering guidance to candidates on CV building, interview preparation, and career development
