Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Family Court Advisors and Service Managers, ensuring the effective operation of case management systems.
- Monitor and update cases within the case management system, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, including creating, updating, and closing cases, saving documents, and sending information packs to service users.
- Ensure safeguarding checks are completed and updated as necessary, maintaining high standards of data accuracy and safeguarding.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely electronic receipt and allocation of new applications for cases.
- Maintain internal records, databases, and filing systems in compliance with data protection legislation and information assurance policies.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, booking meetings, and managing resources such as hire cars and equipment.
- Maintain stock levels of office supplies and IT equipment, and assist in the management of financial records in accordance with organisational procedures.
- Offer a welcoming reception service, deal with routine enquiries, and maintain communal areas.
- NVQ2 (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to input data accurately and timely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent word processing skills and good comprehension of the English language.
- Strong numerical ability and excellent listening and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of general office practice and procedures and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative within agreed limits.
