**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Water Infrastructure Project Lead to join our dynamic team in the UK. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading complex water infrastructure projects from feasibility to operation and maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical delivery of water and wastewater engineering projects with multi-disciplinary knowledge, ideally including treatment schemes and/or pipeline design.
Mentor and manage junior team members, ensuring their input to projects is valued and utilized effectively.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop diverse solutions addressing today's challenges and anticipating tomorrow's needs.
Undertake feasibility studies, options appraisal, and concept design, as well as outline and detailed design for water company clients and design and build contractors.

**Requirements:

Relevant experience in managing the technical delivery of water and wastewater engineering projects with multi-disciplinary knowledge, ideally including treatment schemes and/or pipeline design.
Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary design teams and mentoring junior team members.
Experience in undertaking feasibility studies, options appraisal, and concept design, as well as outline and detailed design for water company clients and design and build contractors.
A degree or equivalent in a related engineering subject (e.g. civil, electrical, mechanical) and/or equivalent experience.

**What We Offer:**
