Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement pharmacy strategies to enhance customer experience
• Maintain legal and ethical standards in the pharmacy
• Cultivate pharmacy capabilities of store teams
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure patient safety
• Provide professional pharmacy services

Requirements:

• A caring and professional character with a desire to improve
• Registration with a relevant pharmacy regulator is required
• High levels of professional expertise and respect from stakeholders, peers, and patients
• A passion for community pharmacy and delivering excellent care
• Collaborative approach with a team-centered mindset
• Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services
• Effective communication skills to meet varied patient needs
