We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive educational community. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering students with ASD and SEN needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to students with ASD and SEMH needs, promoting their well-being and encouraging positive behaviour.
- Collaborate closely with the class teacher and other professionals to develop tailored educational plans that meet the specific needs of each student.
- Supporting Student Independence:
- Assist students with daily living tasks and routines, promoting their independence and confidence.
- Encourage students to take ownership of their learning, setting achievable goals and celebrating their successes.
