Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to pupils with Autism (ASC / ASD), helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals. Your experience in working with children with complex needs will be invaluable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have a primary SEN diagnosis of Autism (ASC / ASD) and a strong track record of delivering effective support to pupils with similar needs. A deep understanding of the importance of early intervention and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment is essential.
