Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager - Energy Sector Expert

About The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join our national Energy team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to develop and maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of energy clients, being their primary contact for day-to-day tax matters.
  • Deliver Tax M&A projects guided by the Senior Manager, Director or Partner, often working as part of a multi-disciplinary team on larger acquisitions or disposals.
  • Lead a team of junior staff to help them develop and grow.

Requirements:

  • Possess a ACA and/or CTA qualification (or an international equivalent).
  • Have experience advising large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters.
  • Have proven client relationship skills under transaction pressure and can effectively manage internal teams.

Locations: Multiple locations; Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, London, and Manchester.
