Chief Financial Strategist

Trial Balance Consulting is seeking a Chief Financial Strategist to join our team in Honiton. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a lead role in shaping the financial direction of our business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth
  2. Managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting
  3. Leading the preparation of detailed monthly management reports and offering commentary on areas of interest

This is a full-time, permanent contract based in Honiton, with a salary of £50,000, negotiable depending on experience. We require a highly experienced candidate with several years of high-level finance exposure and ideally experience in managing a small team.

The company has invested heavily in cloud-based accounting platforms, and confidence in using these systems would be preferable.
