We are looking for an exceptional HSE Director to join our team and lead the way in achieving world-class operations. With a salary range of £50,000-£55,000 and a location in East Yorkshire, this role offers a unique chance to make a real impact and drive positive change.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management, with experience in senior leadership roles and a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Previous experience in working in a manufacturing environment, ideally with an engineering bias, would be an asset.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the HSE strategy, driving cultural change, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also oversee the development and delivery of training programs, coach and mentor staff, and develop and monitor accreditations such as OHSAS18001, ISO14001, and ISO 50001.
