This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Yard Site Administrator. Reporting to the Yard Operations Team Leader, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless site operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Booking and collection: Book in vehicles for collection and process relevant paperwork, maintaining accurate records throughout.
- Administrative tasks: Sort post, respond to letters and emails, and perform various administrative duties to support the site's smooth operation.
- Customer communication: Call customers to confirm sale prices, process payments, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Invoice management: Process, chase, and file invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Team collaboration: Liaise with the finance team regarding buyer payments and maintain effective communication within the yard operations team.
