About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join our Insurance team at Q_PERIOR. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions within the areas of Underwriting, Claims Management, and Technical Accounting, as well as Data Strategy, Data Management, Pricing, and Finance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and knowledge, and contribute to the development of the team.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in insurance and a passion for delivering exceptional results. You will have a university degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, or a related field, and several years of experience in management consulting or the insurance industry.

Your Key Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of insurance products and services, including underwriting, claims management, and technical accounting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the UK and Europe.
